At delivery
- Check the vehicle before the driver leaves, in good light if you can.
- Compare it with the pickup photos in the job.
- Take photos of anything new, with the driver present if possible.
- Don't confirm the job as complete if there is damage you want to raise.
Raise it with Recovry
Use the dispute option on the job. The team looks at the photos from both ends, the messages and the job timeline. Every Recovry driver must have goods-in-transit insurance.
Keep records
Keep your own photos, the job reference and any messages. If a claim goes to insurance, they will ask for these.
