Insurance-checked drivers
Goods-in-transit cover and truck insurance are checked before a driver sees a single job, and the truck on the policy must match the truck on the profile. Expired cover means no jobs until it's renewed.

What if my vehicle gets damaged?+
Every job has timestamped condition photos from pickup and drop-off, and every driver carries goods-in-transit insurance. Raise a dispute in the app and our team reviews the photos, messages and job timeline side by side.
What if the driver doesn't turn up?+
Your payment is only held, never released, until the job is complete. No-shows are refunded and the driver receives a strike that can lead to removal.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, up until the driver starts the job. Refunds depend on how close to the pickup time you cancel. Once the driver taps Start Job, the job can't be cancelled by either side.
How much does it cost?+
Drivers set their own prices and you choose the offer you want. Posting a job is free, there’s no subscription, and the price you see on an offer is the total you pay.
How do I become a driver?+
Create a driver account and add your licence, insurance and truck details — we verify them before you see any jobs. Joining is free, there's no card to add and no commission. A flat monthly membership applies only in months you complete a paid job; quiet months cost nothing. Invite other drivers and earn free months.
