How long does vehicle recovery take?

Two different times

There is the wait for the driver to reach you, and the journey itself. The first depends on how many drivers are near you and how busy they are. The second depends on distance and traffic.

What helps

• Mark the job urgent if you need someone quickly. Nearby drivers are alerted.
• Give an exact pickup location and a phone number.
• Describe the vehicle accurately so the right truck comes the first time.
• Be flexible on timing if you aren't in a hurry. It can lower the price.

Following the job

Once a driver is on the way you can follow progress in the app and message them. You see photos at pickup and when it is delivered.
